Based in Dallas, Texas, Leviate Air Group manages of fleet of six business aircraft, including a Gulfstream G450, a Bombardier Challenger 604, a Bombardier Challenger 350, two Cessna Citation XLS series and a Pilatus PC-12. The company is actively growing its fleet and targeting a total of 20 aircraft. Leviate’s services include charter, aircraft management, and aircraft sales/acquisitions.
Leviate was founded by Luis Barros in 2014. Originally from Ecuador, Luis and his family moved to Ohio when he was a child. He went on to earn an Aviation Management degree from Ohio State University and then started a career in private aviation charter sales, management and entrepreneurship.
“When we started out, we were just a team of just three people,” explains Luis. “We had all worked at Starbase Jet and purchased the company from the original owner. It set us on a rapid growth path.”

Michael Blume is Leviate’s Executive Vice President of Sales. Having been on-board since 2015, he was also the company’s first employee. Michael is Leviate’s resident STACK.aero “power user”.
